The Wide Eyed Kids

The Duo, consists of guitarist and producer Chandler Norton and lead Vocalist Erik Ekman. The two met by chance at a house party when Chandler heard Erik freestyle rapping to a song that was playing and asked if he had ever recorded any music, and The Wide Eyed Kids were born.

Originally from Southern California, Norton and Ekman transplanted to Hawaii where they met and began writing music together. Influenced by beach and surf culture, The Wide Eyed Kids blend acoustic guitars, synths, hip hop, folk, indie rock, and more to create a euphoric sound that spreads positive vibes and takes us all back to our happy place :)
