We had a wonderful time at the Happy Together Tour. Didn’t think Mark Volmer would be there but he was ! ROn Dante officially became a Tturtle and he makes a fine one. All the different band members came to the show with lots of energy. I have such a good time at these concerts that I will surely go again next year. This year was my 17 th show! Great show!

The Turtles Biography
The Turtles are an American pop, psychedelic and folk rock band defined by a good-natured, joyously melancholic and occasionally cheeky sound. A precursor to the bubblegum pop of the late 1960s and a foil to the more self-consciously hip and "serious" acts of the era, the Turtles produced at least a dozen memorable, radio-friendly chart singles but remain best known for 1967's "Happy Together".
The two prominent singers - Eddie and Flo - joined Frank Zappa for a short but very intensive period of 1.5 years (between 1970-72) and were the corner stone of what was known to be the Zappa 'Vaudeville' band, two of the most famous acheivements of that period being the LP 'The Filmore East concert' and the LP and film '200 Motels'.
