Ko-Ket Resort presents special stories behind the songs concert by Nashville Recording Award winning songwriter: ERICA SUNSHINE LEE. With 11 original albums, this Georgia Gypsy started her band in 2007 in San Francisco and has been touring the globe 250 shows per year since, and has opened for country icons David Allan Coe, Randy Houser, John Michael Montgomery, Dylan Scott, Brett Eldredge, David Nail, Ashley McBryde, Drake White, Maren Morris, Cam, Wayne Mills, and performed with ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Toto, and 80s icon Tommy Tutone. "Sunshine" has performed at festivals and songwriter's showcases across the US and around the world. She brings hope, happiness and healing with her honesty, humor and heartfelt stories, crafting songs that can make you laugh and bring you to tears. From her travels, adventures in the carribean islands, to her southern upbringing, her strong faith in God, the ups and downs of romance, and her patriotic spirit, this songstress delivers a sultry alto tone with a rock and roll soul of conviction, cohesiveness, and good ole fashioned country music. TRMA's Female Vocalist 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 and 4 time Music Video of the Year winner, Erica Sunshine Lee has penned over 60 songs penned by other Nashville & International Recording artists, and founded the KEY WEST CHICK FEST, a female songwriter's retreat and showcase to highlight female songwriting talent. I've known Erica for awhile via social media. She's a gem from my wife's home town of Elberton GA (GO DAWGS!) We finally got to meet her face to face and enjoyed some great live music out on the patio of Walk-On's. Hearing her perform her originals and a few covers was a real treat. Erica is truly the definition of a traveling troubadour enjoying her life and career on the road spreading her "sunshine" and infectious smile.

Erica Sunshine Lee is an incredibly prolific songwriter and just released her 10th album- featuring new single on country radio “One More Time”: the follow up EP to her 10th studio album "Same Ship Different Day" and has spent the last decade touring literally all over the USA, Europe, and the South Pacific. Sunshine was 2014's "Georgia Female Country Artist of the Year" is already back at work hard in the studio in Nashville working on her next album.
