When she moved to NYC, she joined Southern Comfort, and later Swing Fever. Teresa created the role of Sara Carter, the lead singer of The Original Carter Family, for the stage and for the BBC and PBS. She’s sung with Bonnie Bramlett, Buddy Miller, and Emmylou Harris, Little Feat and Hot Tuna (STEADY AS SHE GOES.) She has toured as a member of Phil Lesh and Friends and has been featured with Further, Lesh and Bob Weir’s post-Grateful Dead projects. She and producer/multi-instrumentalist, Larry Campbell, work as a duo. Both are members of the Levon Helm Band.
