Carter Sampson is an Oklahoma born and raised, award winning singer songwriter. She tours internationally playing both solo and with her trio & band.
Sampson has released five studio albums including her newest release LUCKY recorded with Jason Scott in Moore, OK. Sampson?s 2016 release Wilder Side received international attention and was No. 3 on the Euro Americana year end chart for 2016. She is the founder and director of The Rock n? Roll Camp for Girls OKC, a nonprofit volunteer run organisation that empowers girls through music education.

My actual Favourite Song is the most ‘Country drenched Contemporary Country song’ I may ever have heard. Drunk Text is the antithesis to all those ‘Good Ole Boys’ beer swillin’, girls, guns and glory songs we hear on the radio from fat blokes in Trucker hats and covered in tattoos.
This is the modern Country Music equivalent to the Classics from Bobbie Gentry, Loretta Lynn and maybe even Dolly Parton! Rocking Magpie UK
