2024 will mark the 15th year of the highly successful, hit filled summer package, THE HAPPY TOGETHER TOUR. The touring sensation that has crisscrossed the nation delighting audiences for over a decade returns this summer with a show full of chart topping hits from the 60s and 70s and an undeniable 61 Billboard Top 40 smashes. The Tour is once again joined by THE TURTLES, who also act as musical hosts for the evening. Along with THE TURTLES will be JAY and the AMERICANS, THE ASSOCIATION, BADFINGER, THE VOGUES and the COWSILLS. I attend this oldies concert every August at the KY State Fair. While I don't mind the same bands a couple years in a row, it was nice to see 2 new ones this week. Of course, we missed Gary Puckett.
If this show continues and the band members age, maybe start adding some popular groups from the early 1970s?
