Gospel Diva - Chenille Biography
Chenille is an award-winning recording artist whose love of music and performing dates back as
far as she can remember. She is a four-time international title holder, including the 2017 and
2018 International Vocalist of the Year, as well as the 2017 and 2018 International Female
Entertainer of the Year. She was invited to Georgia to present for the 2018 GospelFest where she
won the 2018 Crimson Music Award for Inspirational Gospel Female Vocalist of the Year.
Chenille is the Founder of Center State Music & Performing Art Schools. Throughout fifteen
incredible years working in that capacity, she cultivated and championed hundreds of students.
Many of those students competed on various national stages, including American’s Got Talent,
The Voice, The X-Factor, and American Idol, and several of her students signed professional
performing contracts.
Chenille’s devotion to God and her craft has provided opportunities to speak, sing, and perform
for thousands at churches, schools, conferences, camps, and other events, both nationally and
internationally.
In 2022, Chenille felt called to God’s ministry and moved with her family to Nashville where she
shares His word in song and in deed. She is familiar with the heartache of loss and the challenge
of adversity. But she knows that healing and joy are possible through the compassion of Jesus
Christ.
As she sings God’s word and shares her testimony, Chenille encourages and challenges people,
young and old, to deepen their commitment as they daily walk with God.
