Chris Kläfford

Chris Kläfford started his musical career performing in local bars and clubs in his hometown Lindesberg. Three years ago (2017) he auditioned for the thirteenth season of the tv show Swedish Idol. The jury and the voters instantly fell in love with his voice and performance. Especially his version of Imagine that is one of the most viewed Idol performances on Youtube ever. The following year his singles toped the single and radio charts in Sweden. Chris embraced the success and traveled to the US to compete in America’s Got Talent, where his first song choice was “Imagine”. He then dared to bet big and performed 3 original songs from his debut EP “Something Like Me” in front of millions of viewers.
Chris Kläfford had a total of three top five singles on Swedish national radio and more than 50 million streams, platinum sales and sold out concerts. His performance of John Lennon’s Imagine on America’s Got Talent has over 65 million views on Youtube. In 2018 he did more than 100 headline and festival shows in Sweden and in 2019 he joined the legendary band Gyllene Tider on their farewell tour through Sweden. Earlier this year he released the single Lost Someone. Remember When is the follow up single that will lead up to an album next year. Chris Youtube Channel recently passed 232.000 subscribers.
