Blackberry Smoke

I saw them the first time around in 2012 after waking up in the middle of the night and seeing their live show at the Georgia amphitheater on the channel I'd fallen asleep on while flicking thru the cable stations and " everybody knows she's mine " was the song ... haven't stopped listening & loving the band ever since!!! The best band I've ever seen perform live since RUSH no doubt!!! Saw them again last night at the Keswick Theater in Glenside Pa without the man Brit Turner and it's a beautiful thing when you can feel the love Rich , Charlie , Paul and Brandon as well as the newest members of the band and all of us in the crowd have combined together there was no doubt that Brit was right there with us all because it was an amazing show and the music was profound! Especially loved when the band went off on a party band type tangent and Charlie tossed in some Scarlet Begonias riffs ... like usual another memorable top notch performance by a class act band of true genuine human beings!!!!! Love you guys even tho ya ripped on the Phitin' Phils! BBS Philly loves yo' Dixie asses !

Just to be clear the five stars are for the music, not the venue. The concert was great. First time seeing Duane Betts band. Very good. We've seen BB Smoke many times. Great show as always. Looking forward to getting the new album. Great get together at the end with the two bands As far as the venue, we won't be back. We've seen a few shows here, but not this packed. We had handicap seats. Wife on a walker and me on a cane. We felt like we were in a box. No room to move. If you had to get to the bathroom you basically had to push people. Now there were some kind people who would try and make a hole, but today's generation doesn't care. After getting stuck in the bathroom due to an altercation, they happen, I went outside for a cigar. The altercation followed me outside with security finally ejecting one individual. Bar access was tough with so many people just blocking the easy. I thought Myrtle Beach had smoke free indoor restrictions. I'll leave it at that. Yea, this was a bit of a rant, but I haven't felt that tight at a concert ever. It was too crowded.

They’re a great band, but I’m not sure they have the zip and buzz that they used to, more of the songs being a bit slower. This may be a result of now being seven-strong. I wonder how the economics work on a good value £30 ticket. Ticketing was unnecessarily complicated, with self-updating QR codes not activating until 5pm. Presumably this is to deter touts and re-sale, but makes life harder with poor wifi in the Roundhouse.

This was an acoustic set. Hope your doing well Brett we missed you. As usual BBS was tight and right playing into the night. It was an adventure cause I rode my Harley from Tampa to Jacksonville and even though it had rained the sun would come out as I traveled listening to BBS the entire way and me just singing in the wind. Can’t wait until I can do that again on my way to see another show. Love ya my brothers. Roaddog will see you again until then I’ll be listening in the wind.

We had ViP seating row B seat 8&9. My son and I loved the seats and it was nice how security jumped on anyone trying to stay up front and in our way. The food and drinks were great!! The Band were absolutely fantastic. Im glad the audience were fired up for them as well! Charlie Starr is mesmerizing to watch. So very talented. Nice he called out Wausau and Tomahawk! We drove from Merrill! We will definitely come to see them again and loved the Crystal Grand! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Thank you!!

What a great band! Seen them many times over the last 7 years and they just get better and better every time. last night at the Keswick was no different. Loved the energy, stage presence and set they played. Plus the theater was pretty close to filled for a band that should be a household name in the rock world but for some reason isn't? Looks like the world is catching on to BBS...as they should!

First saw them 10 years ago at Jiffy Lube Live opening for Zac Brown Band. Have seen them a half dozen times since, but this was special as they returned to The Fillmore (we'd seen them there in the past) and it was the 10th Anniversary of the release of "The Whippoorwill" album. If you love southern rock, and more importantly, great music, give them a listen... they never disappoint.

If the 10th Anniversary show comes near your town, buy tickets. You will not regret it!!! This was by far one of the most AWESOME shows I have seen the guys do and I have been to many!! They were electric and so was the audience. It was incredible to see Brit behind the drums! My hat goes off to the boys!!! WELL DONE INDEED!!! YOU ROCK!!!

The music and sound was awesome! This was my the first time being there. Lack of parking was a problem. It was unclear where to park. Once parked, it was a hike to the line of people waiting to get in the venue which took 1 1/2 hrs to get it. Then a 30 minute wait to use the Port-a John’s . The venue was somewhat unorganized and not prepared for the amount of people attending the event.

The concert was great...missed Brit, but their acoustic shows are always the bomb! If you have not made it to a show, it's a must! We have seen them numerous times and they have NEVER let us down. We love Jamey Johnson too! He and his band are and were amazing. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised by Megan Moroney. She has a great voice and is sure to go far!!!

Blackberry Smoke and Steel Woods - great show ! We drove in from TN. There was a long delay due to lightning and it rained pretty solidly after the Steel Woods. It put a damper, so to speak, on the rest of the show. The Plant is a decent venue but there was no food at all. A food truck apparently in the parking lot but once you check in - you can’t leave. Dothan is not an easy place. Downtown closes early and the hotels are far away so you have to drive to the venue, it’s not walkable and there are no Ubers. Due to the delay we were out around midnight and had a difficult time getting back to the hotel and we’re forced to eat Applebees (ugh) We love the band but I would really rethink traveling that far.

This was an amazing concert in a fantastic venue! You could feel the excitement in the crowd! The venue was intimate and still had two big screens, so there was not a bad seat in the house. The staff was friendly and professional, and there was so much to see and do outside of the concert. I highly recommend seeing any band at this venue, but especially Blackberry Smoke!

10th time we’ve seen them since 2012 or so. Unfreaking believable how good these guys are. Best as we’ve ever seen them. Real pros that genuinely appear to love the fact that their fans love them and their music. Don’t miss them if you want some great rock and roll. Can’t say enough about how happy we are to have stumbled across B-Smoke in 2010. Thanks guys!

The band was exceptional. Charlie and the guys tried their best to liven this sleepy Thursday crowd that just took way too long to appreciate what was grooving on. I was disappointed that they only played an hour and a half but charlie said to the crowd the host stated they could only play one more song. Ive seen tulsa crowds loud enough to raise the roof at this venue and to the band. I apologize on behalf of this elderly crowd. Please play Tulsa again but on a friday or saturday when okc is not on the route. It was also great to know the band verifiably does not need a cover band due to the 98% guarantee every song ROCKS that they've electrified. Cant wait to see them again. Hell, Im down with seeing them outta state they are well WELL worth a healthy drive. KEEP ROCKING BOYS!!

The show was freaking awesome!!! All 3 bands soumded great and all put on a great show. We are big fans of Brent Cobb and them after seeing him 3 times with Chris Stapleton and he definitely didn't disappointe this time. BBS was really great, my wife and I love their music and live shows, we are from Toledo Ohio and saw them play in Toledo this past August and loved it. So when we saw they were doing a New year's Eve show in Tennessee we knew we wanted to go. I stumbled onto BBS on YouTube about a year ago by accident, started buying their albums and now that we've seen them play live twice and loved it we're hooked. The venue was excellent and sound was great! So much better than going to a show at a basketball or hockey arena. But anyone considering going to see BBS play live shouldn't hesitate at all. These guys put on a great show they have great fun and meaningful songs and they give 100% and are worth every penny. We travelled from Toledo Ohio for this NYE show and it was worth every mile and every penny. We had a blast and would absolutely do it again. Thanks BBS & Brent Cobb for an awesome and unforgettable New Years Eve and Brent coming back out to do the ballad of cutis low with BBS was a real special treat!!!

They are my all time faves! I ride the rail at every show possible! The venue was a little odd but it our experience is always good at a Smoke show. Charlie seemed to be in a great mood and interacted with the crowd a lot. Blackberry Smoke ALWAYS get a big thumbs up from me and my crew!

INCREDIBLE CONCERT!!! I've seen them one before a few years ago and they just keep getting better!! If you get a chance to see them, do it!! They are incredible. The Manchester Music Hall was a great venue for acts like this. Really intimate, great environment, temp was great and good access to beverage services. After this concert, I'm going back to see other acts! Great experience!!

Sorry for the crappy photo. As we have all come to expect BBS delivers! And deliver they did! All the lawn chairs folks brought were empty as the crowd stomped their feet to the rock and roll beat. With Charlie and Pauls stinging riffs who could sit! And the encore "Waiting on the Thunder" off the soon to be released Like an Arrow is just great gritty in your face rock and roll! These guys are the deal, the REAL DEAL. Dont ever miss a chance to see them!

As always they R The Best- my friend and I will contiue to go to every concert we can, they have truly blessed our lives with their music and souls, I think them so much for remembering us and their gratefulness, these boys will always remain being the best in our hearts. And may God b with u Richard, and the rest of u boys thru any hard times u all go thru. Thanks to all of u With this Band.

Smoke was as good as expected or should I say as usual and I do think it's time we all heard something new. The show was run as if it was the first one ever by BTR, honestly don't think a single run thru or any procedural meetings were ever carried out, poorly poorly run. Thank God for the Walkie-talkie's! Several things need not be repeated next time around or we'd much rather fly out to a better run venue to see your band. Great time over-all, I guess.
