Please note that you will not be able to eat in the ballroom where the concert is held, although once the doors open you may reserve a seat in the ballroom and then eat elsewhere. If you wish to eat, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to order and eat your food. * There is a low step at the entrance to The Ivy House, and after that the venue is all on level ground. There is a disabled toilet in the ballroom where the concert will be held.
