Scouting for Girls Biography
Scouting for Girls were formed in 2005 by three childhood friends from London, Roy Stride on piano and lead guitar/vocals, Greg Churchouse on bass guitar and Pete Ellard on drums.
Their self-titled debut album that September and it reached No. 1 in 2008 and has sold over 1 million copies in the UK. It spawned a host of genre defining hit singles; "She's So Lovely", "Heartbeat", "Elvis Ain't Dead" and "James Bond" In 2010 their single "This Aint A Love Song" topped the UK charts.
Since then the band have sold over 4m records and ammased over 500m streams. They have received 4 Brit nominations including 'Best Live Band'. They continue to be one of the UK's most exciting and popular live bands, and have performed their Brit nominated live show across the UK - From Glastonbury festival to Wembley Stadium.
