HAWXX Biography
HAWXX are a shapeshifting, punk infused alt-metal band made up of Annouli (lead vocals/ guitar), Hannah (guitar / backing vocals), and Jess (drums, backing vocals).
This band is our chaos and our catharsis. We write songs about oppressive beauty standards, mental health struggles, violence against women, the unfolding ecological catastrophe and being a sensitive lil soul but also a norty gremlin.
We are a feminist band and it is our aim to be part of changing the landscape of the rock and metal world and for our gigs to be a cathartic experience of love and rage, holding women and queer people at the center.
