Formed in Austin, Texas in 1988 by guitarist Burnin Mike Vernon, 3 Balls Of Fire is celebrating their 35th year as one of Americas longest running surf/instro bands. Vernon has put together a stellar trio for a road trip across the Southland that features drummer Nelson Bragg who recorded and toured with the Brian Wilson Band for 15 years and Dave Provost whose credentials include Carla Olsen s renowned Wrecking Crew,Davie Allan The Arrows and George Tomsco of The Fireballs. In addition, Link Wray handpicked Vernon to lead his band at the 2005 Ponderosa Stomp in New Orleans. The Band has performed all over the U.S. and were invited to play at Londons prestigious Pipeline Festival and the Cavern Club in Liverpool.With two new albums Burnin Churnin and Live! - Featuring Nokie Edwards, Jerry Cole and George Tomsco, the 3BF adds two more highly acclaimed releases to its eight-album library.
