Alan Bibey & Grasstowne is a band comprised of very well respected veterans of bluegrass music as well as some of the finest young musicians in bluegrass. This combination together makes Alan Bibey & Grasstowne one of the hottest and most energetic bands touring today! The band won IBMA Gospel Song Of The Year for 2020 for “Gonna Rise & Shine”. Alan Bibey and Zak McLamb are both the current SPBGMA Mandolin & Bass Player Of The Year and Alan is the current IBMA Mandolin Player Of The Year. Justin Jenkins is one of the most highly respected banjo players in all of Bluegrass Music. Tony Watt is a super flat picker and rhythm guitarist and the newest member, Kati Penn, is well known as a great singer and Fiddle player.
