Helen McCookerybook

A set from James McCAllum (one of the guitarists in The Chefs) and a set from Helen McCookerybook (bassist/vocalist in the Chefs), followed by their guitar duo covers of four original Chefs songs. The Chefs were signed to Brighton's Attrix Records, releasing two album tracks, and two EPs in the late 1970s/early 1980s on the label, before signing to Graduate Records. A compilation of their Peel sessions and other tracks is available on Damaged Goods Records, and a vinyl album of their unreleased Graduate album will be coming out on that label in 2024.
