Stephanie Urbina Jones Biography

Stephanie Urbina Jones was born in a bi-cultural home in San Antonio, Texas where she grew up hearing sounds from both sides of the border. Jones learned early about the the power of storytelling through song and created a latin country rock style all her own. This unique artist is poised to be the very first Hispanic American female to break through Country Americana music. Drawing from her passion to honor her heritage through her music she became the first independent female to reach #1 on the Texas Music chart.
She is not only a proven songwriter and vocalist; she is a passionate performer with a presence and spirit that is infectious. Her Mexican heritage plays a strong role in her music, but does not limit her as she transcends all borders of the entertainment world .
From Texas to Mexico to Europe and Japan to TV and film this Texicana Mama is crossing all borders one border at a time! Vamanos Ya'll!
