Freddi Shehadi Biography
Freddi Shehadi is an Emmy Award/Mobius Award winning guitarist/composer and producer living between New York City and Vermont. He has worked with artists and music industry greats as diverse as Josie Feliciano, Debbie Harry, L.A Reid, Martin Sexton and a host of others.
Freddi’s compositions have been heard worldwide on major network shows and major films as diverse as Sex In The City, Cradle Will Rock, The Guru, Scary Movie 3, PBS Great Performances, As The World Turns, CNBC, MSNBC, CBS Early Show, The Today Show, A & E, MTV, Biography and others. His song “One Good Man” co-written with Andy Marvel for Atlantic recording artist “Sweet Sensation,” climbed Billboards Hot 100 pop charts and ran up to #72. From 1997 to 2007 he co-composed, produced and performed The Today Show themes (most notably “America’s First Family”.) His work at NBC and The Today Show earned him a Mobius Award, Golden eagle Award and New York Festivals Award. Freddi commands a wide range of styles and textures in his performances. On Stage he can take you from soaring, intense passages to soft intimate interludes, weaving together a rich spectrum of musical tapestry. He loves to capture the energy of a performance from spontaneity, working with a very talented and diverse group of musicians. Expect to “feel” as much as you “hear” from this dynamic musician.
