Hybrid Nightmares are a band that refuse to restrict themselves to any one style of metal and with their music they are able to capture a sound that transcends genre and reflects a diverse spectrum of influences.
Having won over audiences with "The Ages", and pushed the boundaries of extreme progressive metal with their concept album "Almagest" Hybrid Nightmares are thrilled to release "Obelisk" are sharp and bloody corner showcasing their capability as the extreme band they were born to be. Pulling no punches on mortality, isolation and extreme violence, Obelisk is sure to make your blood boil.
The group have shared the stage with Australian metal royalty (Psycroptic, Ne'Obliviscaris, Be'lakor) and with a slew of international supports including Abbath, Enslaved, Anaal Nathrakh, Watain, Cradle of Filth and Beyond Creation
