Cette collection de chansons personnelles parle d’abord de femmes : les femmes de sa vie, autant celles qui l’auront précédées que de son expérience personnelle en tant que femme et Métisse de la Rivière Rouge d’origine Franco-Manitobaine et maintenant résidente de Montréal.
Cette artiste franco-manitobaine, anciennement connue sous le nom de Geneviève Toupin, a vu ses créations récompensées par de nombreux prix au Gala Trille d’Or, au GAMIQ et aux Canadian Folk Music Awards.

WILLOWS Biography
'Intensity' is what defines and brings Willows together. The love of music, friendship and creating something emotive and touching is the goal to strive for. After recording and releasing their self titled EP in August 2011 with renown producer 'Steve Bartlett' from The Docking Studios, the band has not stopped. After releasing their self titled, the band has moved forward receiving solid feedback, air play around the country and a string of shows throughout SE QLD that has sent the band in the right direction and things haven't let up. After supporting some solid names Willows are striving to make 2012 their year. With plans of recording their new EP mid year, the band is pushing for dates on the east coast to spread their sound and conquer their goals.
