Since the end of 2011, Proudly People is the duo founded by Gabriele di Natale and Antonio Cosentino. That faraway October 15th, they were brought together by the common will to forge a musical identity that proudly gave to alternative music their personal taste.
Since then, Proudly People project aims to uniqueness through personal style, basing its research on creating sounds to be fused in tracks plenty of groove and resolute rhythmic patterns, and by performing for hot dancefloors.

Productions genre ranges from techno to deep tech/house, with contaminated and dense style that is winning over lots of labels, for an impressive catalogue of tracks, EPs and remixes published on digital and vinyl supports, on dedicated projects, compilations and V.A.’s.
Among the many labels that supported Proudly People there are the Americans Inmotion Music, Little Helpers and Serkal, the Londoners Art of dark and Magna Carta, hot parties promoter at different locations in London and with summer residency at Sankeys Ibiza, the Italians Kina Music, Etruria Beat and Moan, all of them devoted to worldwide talents research and representation in underground environment.

The dancefloor is natural environment to Proudly People. From the best Milanese and Italian stages, by performing in successful clubs and after hours, to artistic residency obtained since 2014 at Sankeys Ibiza with Magna Carta, the duo express itself through steady intensity DJ sets. By creating breath-taking soundscapes, balanced between delicate harmonies, dense rhythmical loops and fat basses, the peculiar sound is bringing Proudly People in several different contexts, from Europe to USA, and all around the globe.

The reason that still brings together Gabriele e Antonio is the same vision of the beginnings: to grow up, to stand out and have fun through the sound, proudly.

Proudly People è il duo formato da Gabriele di Natale e Antonio Cosentino, sul finire del 2011. A unirli, quel lontano 15 ottobre, fu la comune voglia di forgiare un’identità sonora che desse il proprio gusto alla musica alternativa, orgogliosamente.
Da allora, Proudly People mira all’unicità attraverso un sound personale, basando la propria ricerca sulla creazione di suoni da fondere in tracce cariche di groove e pattern ritmici decisi, ed esibendosi in dj set mozzafiato per dancefloor bollenti.

Il genere delle produzioni spazia dalla techno alla deep tech/house, con stile contaminato e sostanzioso che sta conquistando molte label, per un catalogo davvero massiccio di tracce, EPs e remix pubblicati in digitale e su vinili in progetti dedicati e come parte di compilation e V.A.
Tra le molte label che hanno supportato Proudly People ci sono le americane Inmotion Music, Little Helpers e Serkal, le londinesi Art of dark e Magna Carta, promoter di feste incandescenti in varie location a Londra e con residenza estiva al Sankeys di Ibiza, le italiane Kina Music, Etruria Beat e Moan, tutte dedicate alla ricerca e rappresentazione di talenti mondiali in ambito underground.

Il dancefloor è habitat naturale per Proudly People. Dai migliori palcoscenici milanesi e italiani, esibendosi in club e after hours di successo, alla residenza artistica ottenuta dal 2014 al Sankeys di Ibiza con Magna Carta, il duo si esprime in dj set di intensità costante. Il sound personale che crea panorami sonori equilibrati tra armonie delicate, loop dai ritmi serrati e bassi gonfi, li sta portando dall’Europa agli USA, e in giro per il globo, in contesti diversi.

Ciò che continua a tenere Gabriele e Antonio uniti nel progetto musicale Proudly People è la stessa visione che li fece incontrare: crescere, distinguersi e divertirsi attraverso il sound, orgogliosamente.
