To Kill Achilles are a 5-piece emotive hardcore band from Dundee, Scotland. The band have just released their sophomore album "Something To Remember Me By" via Arising Empire, February 2021. Taking lyrical inspiration from personal life experiences and musical influence from a wide variety of alternative genres has allowed TKA to create a piece of art which fully encapsulates the bands message "we only exist when we exist together". "Something To Remember Me By" deals with real life topics that we all experience and shines a light on the fragility of people while underlining the idea that suicide is preventable with the right support network. The band are very passionate about this topic, revealing real life examples of times when they looked their darkest and channeling them into their music in hope to inspire others to seek help if they need it.
