Lack The Low is the project of Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist and composer Kat Hunter. Her music marries disparate sound-worlds and influences, combining orchestral instruments, impassioned vocal melodies, field recordings transmuted through extreme digital manipulation. This maximalist melange is wielded to create philosophical explorations-through-sound that are both emotionally rousing and intellectually forceful.
