nxtimenxtime is a band based out of New York City. Comprised of Ray Rubio, a singer/songwriter, and producer from Harlem who previously played in the indie band All Types of Kinds, and Nate Christensen, a guitarist/producer from Northern Colorado who played in several projects in his local music scene while studying at CU Boulder. The songwriting duo are backed by Imhotep Williams, a drummer from the Bronx, and a rotating lineup of other local musicians.They met through the New York City rock climbing community, then started writing together during recording sessions in Rays bedroom studio. They deliver upbeat, danceable rhythms and modern yet nostalgic melodies; inspired by classic RnB with the synth soaked tones of 80s pop.They are currently recording their debut record alongside Groove is in the Heart producer/mixer Mike Rogers and have several singles on the way.TigresTigres, the electrifying band hailing from Long Island, NY, ignites stages with their funky and fresh sound. With a seamless fusion of genres, their music transcends boundaries, leaving audiences mesmerized by their magnetic performances. From pulsating beats to soul-stirring melodies, Tigres artistry captivates the hearts of listeners, infusing energy and groove into every note they play. Filligar Biography
Filligar consists of Casey Gibson, Johnny, Pete, and Teddy Mathias.
According to the Illinois Entertainer, "Pop rock prodigies Filligar are scary good." Renowned national rock critic Jim DeRogatis gave a great review of their album ”The City Tree” (recorded at Gravity Studios, 2007). In July of 2008, Filligar was asked by Roe Conn- one of Chicago’s top rated radio personalities recognized by Talkers Magazine as one of the "100 Most Influential Talk Show Hosts in America"- to come on his show a one hour special about the band.
