Los Angeles-based progressive metal trio TRIBE brings a unique mesh of aggressive guitars, pounding drums and bass, vocals combining catchy melodies with raw screams, completed with hints of electronic sounds and Brazilian percussion.

Drummer Rick Pivetta and guitarist Denner Vieira relocated to L.A. from Brazil to collaborate with local musicians, while bringing their musical influences to the heart of western culture. Their paths eventually crossed with British-born vocalist and bassist Jamie Waite, who moved to Los Angeles from his home base in Auckland, New Zealand.

TRIBE's first full-length album "Atlas" was recorded at the Echo Bar Recording Studios in North Hollywood with Erik Reichers, in a very unorthodox approach, with the recording and mixing sessions all spread out over the course of 18 months.

TRIBE's studio album "Atlas" will be available everywhere May 26th, 2015 via Primitive Records.
