Eric Burgett Biography

It all started with 88 keys! Eric began performing on an old upright piano at his parents' tavern, The KORN KRIB, along with Sunday services at the Latham United Methodist Church. Growing up on a farm in Latham, Illinois, family, love, and hometown memories are the inspiration behind Eric’s music. Eric’s music has garnered over 11 Million streams and has been featured on editorial playlists including Spotify’s Wild Country, New Music Nashville, Next From Nashville, Country by the Grace of God, Young Nashville, Fresh Finds: Country, and Nashville Stripped; Apple’s New in Country, Country Faith, and Best New Songs feature list; Pandora’s New Country Now and Amazon’s Breakthrough Country as well as over 100k independent playlists. Eric’s music videos have been featured on The Country Network and CMT.com.

Originally written as his personal wedding song, Burgett’s latest radio single, “Sometimes Late At Night,” peaked at #26 on the Music Row CountryBreakout Chart, also creating exposure on the Billboard Indicator chart. Eric and his wife, Aimee, were married at The Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, where he surprised her with this song for their first dance. This release has become his most successful single to date, gaining over 2 Million streams. Anheuser-Busch, Miller Lite, Flag & Anthem, Monument Grills, and Farm Focused are among Eric’s brand partnerships. In addition, Hardee’s Corporation previously supported Eric by sponsoring a music campaign, including an official music video and radio tour for his release, “Swing Low, Sweet Old Cadillac,”which climbed to #28 on the Music Row CountryBreakout Chart.

Eric has performed on The Kelly Clarkson Show, filmed at the Grand Ole Opry house, as part of a special tribute to CreatiVets. Eric’s passion for helping veterans through music led to the release of “I’ll See You Again,” co-written and performed by Eric and released by Big Machine Label Group, The single was featured on Spotify’s Veteran’s Day Country Compilation playlist and 9/11: Never Forget playlist. Eric is signed with Bow to Stern Group headed by Grammy-nominated producer Matt McClure.
