IMPORTANT INFO for Dave & Busters (Denver) 2000 S Colorado BLVD Denver, CO 80222 - SET TIME = 8:00pm - 12:30am ARRIVAL - You are expected to arrive at 7:30PM AT THE LATEST - Go to the FRONT DESK - Identify yourself as the DJ - Ask for / Check-in with the Manager On Duty (*Make sure they are aware of your presence! If not, they call us at 8:40 complaining) - Dj booth is located past bar on the left in the arcade. Equipment/Setup - Bring own controller/decks and laptop stand/music - Make sure your gear can plug into xlr’s (Master) and ¼ (monitor) - Power supply, xlr’s,1/4 for monitor and laptop stand are in booth - Main power supply on right side of amps should already be on but if not switch it off/on a few times to power up - Turn both Amps on next to power supply. - Start Levels at a noticeable level and turn up if needed. If too loud they will let you know. - When you’re ready to start ask bartenders at bar to radio a manger to turn off music in the Midway. When music is off, start playing and ask them to radio manger to booth so you can ask manager for game cards for giveaways ( 8 total game cards) give 2 cards away an hour. - When shift is done ask bartender to radio manager it switch playlist back on. When you hear the playlist again stop playing - Only Turn two amps off at end of shift. (Leave DBX on) MUSIC - Play ONLY Radio-Friendly (Clean) versions of music - You are responsible for what you play - Mix all of your music unless you are playing a request and have to fade in and out like a radio transition. - Very Open Format, don’t stay in one genre too long. OTHER - No Alcohol consumption policy during your shift - $25 Food/Beverage Tab per shift ANNOUCMENTS • Feel free to use the mic for shout outs/request • Give game cards away every 30 min (Game Ideas Macarena, Cupid shuffle, Name that song, If you bday is ____Pick_month, First name starts with ___Pick Letter) Announce Happy Hour times/specials, join them for ufc fights, Djs on wed/sat, Follow Daveandbustersdnver and anything else you see or manager tells you • Last Call for food & Drinks at 12:30AM before you switch back over to their playlist WiFi Network: D&B Events Pw: InThe3v3nt
