Azure Ryder Biography
Australian singer-songwriter Azure Ryder is constantly influenced by the power of the earth, the sky, the moon and the stars which you can hear throughout her music - powerful, earthy and emotionally stirring, she seeks guidance and strength from the natural energies that surround her on a daily basis which in turn feed into her sound.
The young singer is accustomed to splitting her time between London, LA, Nashville and home (a small coastal town near Sydney) where she works on her music. She is now based in London full time. Her debut EP ‘Running with the Wolves’ dropped in early 2020 with her second, ‘Crazy With The Light’ following later that year, then in 2021 came third EP ‘Ladder To The Moon’ and her stand-alone cover of Nina Simone’s ‘Feeling Good’.
Azure has received plaudits on these shores from the likes of the BBC, Sunday Times, Notion and BBC Radio 1 plus incredible support in Oz from Triple J, with her beautiful single ‘Dizzy’ being ‘most played’ on the station. Azure has been heralded ‘the next big Australian singer’ by their biggest national newspaper The Australian and interviewed on ‘Weekend Sunrise’ the national #1breakfast TV show in Australia. Azure now has 45M+ global streams and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.
