Quasar Biography
Audiences call them "loud," and the band loves it. Formed in 2015, Quasar is a three-piece rock act made up of guitarist and singer Dakota Vaughan, drummer John Hoffman, and bassist Brady Wagner. Frequenting venues in and around Kansas City, MO, the band plays a blend of experimental psychedelic-rock they've deemed "cosmic rock." Quasar released their first project, and EP titled "Want More" in 2017. The project allowed them to share the stage with acts like Post Animal and Kill Vargas. In June of 2019, they released a 12-track album called "Quasi Stellar Radio Source." They are currently performing the album along with tracks from the 2017.
In 2020, the band began releasing songs under the umbrella "Hoff Haus" Records. Their first song since the album "Border Hole" came out in March.
