The energy they projected on stage was so livid. Amazing singer & band members!! You can tell they really get into their music. Music is phenomenal & i listen to them still to this day. I was so mind blown & in awe, especialy knowing this was the first time I've ever seen them live. I'd love to see them again, I hope they'll go on tour again soon. <3 33

I Met A Yeti Biography

Orlando, Florida’s 5-piece progressive-rock outfit I Met A Yeti has made waves in the genre with their EP titled Camp Yeti, a 5 track venture into the concepts of identity, relationships, and internal conflict. Daisy Chamberlain, the band's vocalist, takes these concepts and portrays them in a way that even a mythical creature around a campfire would understand. Storytelling is crucial when it comes to their music, especially the underlying message of each song.
The band’s name was derived from We Are The Cavalry’s song, “I Met the Prettiest Yeti at the Shittiest Getti” back in 2014 with their previous line up. After the release of their 2016 EP, IMAY rekindled and crafted what is now known as their EP Camp Yeti. Progressive rock continues to evolve, bringing in a variety of influences. IMAY falls into the realm of bands such as Circa Survive, Hail The Sun, and more, continuing to differentiate themselves.
