Faculty counterintuitively, Faculty refers to four particular Fordham students playing music together. Originally the name used for Hugo Keiths solo projects, Facultys expanded lineup now includes fellow seniors Khadija Aslam and Nilson Wilson, founder and front man of the revered and now defunct Homunculus Boogie, as well as junior Aidan Drouse. The band (sans Khadija) cut its teeth at the 2021 Fordham Dance Marathon to mixed reviews. Faculty then opened Rodrigues Battle of the Bands, tying for last place. The arrival of Khadija marked a new epoch for the group in which the embarrassment of sounding terrible in concert began following them to rehearsals, compelling the band to refine its sound. Faculty continued to sonically develop through a handful of basement and backyard shows. While taking influence from such pass acts as the Talking Heads, Pixies and Radiohead, Faculty finds itself squarely in the realm of punk, thanks to its desire to remain current and its limited resources.KEELIN is a hot, cool, fun, smart, sexy and humble singer and songwriter from Ireland who moved to New York to pursue a career in being a future global pop sensation. KEELIN appeared on this season (Season 21) of American Idol where she performed her original song Dont Call Me which had the celebrity judges singing and dancing along. Lionel Richie described the song as a hit which earned her a golden ticket to Hollywood Week.
