HerShe Biography
A self-taught artist and producer, HerShe started her musical journey beatboxing at age 11, spinning on the decks at 14, and became an independent music producer by 19. Beatboxing is both a creative skill she integrates into her music, AND a competitive outlet through which she won the New York Beatbox Championship, Vice American Tag Team Champion, and landed 5th place in the Beatboxing World Championships in Berlin. She incorporates both Beatboxing and DJing into her sets, adding that special and unique element to her live performances.
A highly-followed streamer and content creator with over 8 million views and counting, she prides herself on using her platform as a way to spread positive social messages, especially to other aspiring female and LGBTQ+ musicians - and sharing her music and writing with her following that allows her to show her personality to build a even deeper connection. Her dynamic style has led to her having at one point a multi-year residency playing SXSW, to performing with Wreckno, Superfuture, Meso, Nero, Dr. Fresch, Wuki, Jessie Reyez, Drezo, CupcakKe, Lil Debbie, The Beatbox House, and to being featured on platforms such as Paper Mag, EDM.com, Shure.com, EDM Identity, and has been listed as one of the Top 5 LGBTQ+ Artist to Watch.
