Perera Elsewhere

Singer / Songwriter/ Producer Sasha Perera who has also DJed under the name Mother Perera is probably most known for her role as vocalist & songwriter in the Bass music - mongrel pop band Jahcoozi. 'Perera Elsewhere' is the new solo project of the London-born, Berlin-based artist who helped to establish a foundation of Grime and Dubstep in Berlin with her series of Grimetime parties and radio show years back. Her work with Jahcoozi experimented with multiple textures of electronic music, collaborations with an wide array of artists including travels to Kenya to work with local MCs. The band have a tour calender that most would envy.
