About this concert
NTS announce the lineup for their inaugural One Day event, their debut music festival in South London’s Burgess Park, taking place on Saturday 27th May. Joining the previously announced headline acts Baltimore rap royalty JPEGMAFIA and Detroit’s Theo Parrish (Sound Signature) is a typically eclectic line-up from NTS. The Live Stage features appearances from rising post-punk outfit Dry Cleaning, spiritual jazz bliss from Nala Sinephro, the UK debut from Grouper’s dream pop project Helen, Nigerian alté icon Cruel Santino, dub sound system titan Aba Shanti-I, soul sensation Mansur Brown, and the full force of US rapper and comedian Zack Fox. Joining the Dance Stage is Turkish Berghain resident Sedef Adasï, Parisian party starter Crystallmess, and a set of signature trance ambience from Malibu. The Live Stage also hosts a range of familiar names from the NTS radio schedule, with Anu, Flo Dill and Lil C playing sets throughout the day. One Day will be located in Burgess Park, Camberwell. The idyllic grounds and lake of the site are an iconic contrast to the built up area that surrounds it. It has a rich community-driven history and provides an ideal setting for the festival, with close proximity to the London city centre. One Day will mark the first time the park will host a music festival.
