Abortion Access Front

Abortion Access Front presents a free virtual screening of Belly of the Beast, an 82-minute documentary about illegal, forced sterilizations in California’s women’s prisons and the shameful and ongoing legacy of eugenics and reproductive injustice in the U.S. The screening will be followed by a discussion with the film’s director Erika Cohn, Reproductive Justice scholar and author of Policing the Womb, Dr. Michele Goodwin, and policy director of the National Birth Equity Collaboraitve, Dawn Godbolt.
