Blood Cancer UK is the UK's specialist blood cancer charity dedicated to improving the lives of patients. Around 39,000 people of all ages, from children to adults, are diagnosed with blood cancers and related disorders every year in the UK. It is a complex disease, being made up of 100 individual diseases, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Together, blood cancers are the fifth most common form of cancer and the third largest cause of cancer death in the UK. Blood cancer is also the hardest cancer to treat, making patients go through harsh chemotherapy and treatment.
We're a community dedicated to beating blood cancer. We do this by funding research and supporting those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments, and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Collars Biography
These two indie punks from Norwich make a big racket on a DIY basis – one sings, while the other plays guitar and drums at the same time. The results? One-of-a-kind indie that harks back to the noughties and ought to please fans of The White Stripes, YYYs and Paramore. Since forming in 2018, Collars have supported the Boo Radleys, the Long Blondes and Deadletter, won BurySOUND, and been played by Steve Lamacq on 6Music, as well as on numerous BBC Introducing shows. They released their debut album Clyde last autumn.
