About Edson Ensemble
EDSON ENSEMBLE it is a marriage of the classical and jazz music, presenting their new compositions and iconic jazz tunes in a chamber ensemble. Moving from Chick Corea to Charles Mingus, ensemble maintains the heart of the song that once made it the legendary song it now is, yet presents it with a completely new colour, placing it in European culture of the 21st-century.
Moving to the Netherlands in 2011 I worked with musicians from all nationalities. Yet, one does come back to his own culture. Edson Ensemble is proud to present their chamber jazz music in an exclusive Amsterdam-based Lithuanian group.
