Playing all the songs that fans, friends and family will want to hear, as well as some songs by The Lex Man. Another local band, Planet of the Stereos will be reuniting for a special acoustic set to open up the evening.Throughout the late 2000s and early 2010s, The Former Love (Pirates) played regularly on the east coast of Australia. The band shared the stage with a variety of bands including The Jezabels, Switchfoot, End of Fashion and Oh Mercy. The band released two EPs and a number of singles with Triple J and FBi radio playing such songs as Busy Old Fool, Click Your Heels and Handsome. In 2015 the band played their first show in two years at their favourite venue, The Brass Monkey. Seven years later, they're doing it again with the support of another returning favourite, Planet of the Stereos (acoustic set).
