Outstanding performance. He engaged the crowd and his vocals were great. I was impressed by his versatility and the variety of his music. Pop but also folk like as well. Would love to see him again.

Josh Ronen Biography
Josh Ronen is a 24-year-old acoustic, pop singer/songwriter and musician based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Born and raised in the greater Chicago area, Josh began his music journey at the age of 16. His music has been in large part influenced by such classic artists as Bob Dylan, Kenny Loggins, and Cat Stevens as well as by the contemporary sounds of John Mayer.
Josh began his studies at Berklee College of Music in 2011 where he honed his musicianship, songwriting, and performance skills. Following college he moved to Nashville to pursue his career as a solo artist and musician and advance his songwriting. In three short years he has written with some of Nashville’s top songwriters, performed in all of Nashville’s top music venues, and has written and produced music for other up-and-coming artists.
In 2016, Josh worked alongside the legendary Michael Omartian (whose credits include Christopher Cross, Billy Joel, Loggins & Messina among others). Omartian, moved by Josh’s vocal and guitar playing skills, involved Josh in numerous projects teaming him side-by-side with some of Nashville’s best-known musicians, including Dan Huff, Jimmy Lee Sloas, Dan Needham, and Omartian himself.
Omartian has compared Josh’s voice to the “ “classic tone of Cat Stevens with the sweetness of John Legend.” With a vast and ever-changing repertoire Josh is always planning performances. His music can be found on Spotify, Itunes, and all other digital media outlets.
Josh’s talent for songwriting, his honed craft as a musician, and his honest and steadfast commitment to becoming a unique solo artist is evident in his album. “I write to paint a picture and I sing to bring it to life.”
