Tip-Z exploded into the electronic music scene in Boulder, Colorado five years ago. He has lived in Boulder ever since, though his music has brought him across the country for performances from coast to coast. Over the years Tip-Z has shared the stage with musical savants such as Dillon Francis, Z-Trip, Crizzly, Butch Clancy, Nit Grit, Lazer Disk Party Sex, DallasK, Jantsen, K-Theory, Robotic Pirate Monkey, and TYR just to name a few. Tip-Z’s signature sound is known widely as a hybrid of many genres’ drawing sounds from hip-hop, dubstep, trap and electro to create a completely new and original experience for the listener that has never been produced before.
