Jess Suilenroc is a cover artist and singer residing in Atlanta, Georgia. Her viral singing career
began in December 2015, when her cover of “Silly”, by Deniece Williams, received 775,000
views. She re-recorded and published the video 6 months later and within 2 weeks it received
over 10 Million views! From there, she created her music page and stage name. Jess started
with 20,000 followers in October 2016 and to date, she has over 450,000 followers. Over the
course of the last 4 years, Jess has maintained that momentum by posting videos that regularly
reach over 1 Million views. She has over 41,000 followers on Instagram, and continues to grow
her presence by regularly posting live videos and cover songs. Jess believes it is important she
manages her own social media in order to reach and engage genuinely with her fans.
Jess Suilenroc is the stage name of Jessmine Cornelius. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.
Jess found her gift of singing at the young age of six, when her beloved grandmother, Jo Ann
Perkins, pushed her to join the church choir and develop her singing skills. From then on, she
never stopped singing. Jessmine enjoys finding and learning songs from the past, to bring new

life to them. She grew up on old school R&B and gospel songs from the 70s and 80s, and enjoys
singing these the most. Jessmine loves that her fans come from different generations – her
older fans that grew up on this music, and her younger fans that are discovering it for the first
time. For Jessmine, she enjoys sharing music authentically for her many followers. She sings all
