Maniac Abductor Biography

Maniac Abductor is a Finnish thrash metal band from Joensuu, Finland formed in 2013. The current line-up consists of lead vocalist Niklas Pappinen, guitarists Jesse Elo and Saku Tauru, bassist Roni Kostamo and drummer Jesse Räsänen.

The band has played live since 2014 and garnered reputation as an energetic and tight live act. Maniac Abductor's brutal and fast music mixes elements of old- and new school thrash metal. The biggest influences from both eras are @Exodus, Slayer, Havok and Warbringer to name a few.

Since its formation, Maniac Abductor has released one studio album (Casualties of Causality 2019), one EP (Thrash Assault 2015) and three singles (Fight or Die 2017, Fooled Again 2019 and Justice Denied 2021). The second full lenght album "Damage is Done" was released on May 20th via Wormholedeath.
