With just a stock rock 4-piece - you'd still need to to be Pythagoras to work out where all the sound comes from - Expect a hard hitting foundation of smooth sexy riffs, tingling rock chords and catchy vocals which you will no doubt be whispering under your breath minutes later. 2015 continues to hold much promise for Amberdown as founding members Daniel and Jason lead the way into new and exciting territory. Coming off the back of their late 2014 debut EP Miss Mediocrity and a sell-out launch party, the boys jetted off on a mini eastern states tour playing energetic live shows across Melbourne and Sydney plus racking up TV and radio appearances. After returning home, the band snapped up a support slot with rock heavy weights Motley Crue at Perth Arena. The guys have recently welcomed two new crew members - Marc on drums and bassist Lucy fresh from a two year stint around the Australian music scene including performances at Big Day Out festival. Recent Highlights: 23rd May 2015 – Mötley Crüe & Alice Cooper- Perth Arena 19th Sept 2015 - Rock for MS3 - with Ragdoll - Charles Hotel Touring and performing with International and Local outfits such as Motley Crue, Alice Cooper, Kids in Glass Houses, Lights of Berlin - Amberdown have their sights set on playing international shows very soon. Kicking off their Summer campaign with the release of their new single "Too Late" on the 23rd October at the Rosemount Hotel, Amberdown are set to release a string of singles through Summer/Fall and ultimately have an Album in the new year.
