Total Runout Biography
Total Runout is a band from Toronto, including multi-instrumentalist twin brothers Thomas (vox, keys, drums) and Alexander Arthur (back-vox, bass and drums) and long-time best friend Dan Morson (guitar).
Total Runout’s music focuses on the full range of human emotions, highlighting love, hope, and the desire to improve in all of us. Their music has an empowering blend of alternative rock, pop, and electronic music, evolving constantly to reflect their numerous influences such as Royal Blood, Queens of the Stone Age, Muse, Grandson, and Twenty One Pilots.
Their releases include their singles ‘Find You’ and ‘Came to Win’ along with music videos in 2018 and 2019, their Fully Stocked E.P in April of 2019.
Total Runout loves to bring the show when they play. In 2019, they played Music City North’s ‘Soundtrack of the City’ festival, threw a huge music release party for their ‘Came to Win’ Music Video at the Hideout, and played festivals such as ‘Taste of the Danforth’. They thrive on keeping close connections with their Total Runout friends and fans, involving them in their music videos and live shows.
In 2020, Total Runout released their new single “New Day Rising”, an anthem about getting better every day with a clean slate, and are looking forward to releasing their next singles “You Are the Only”, “I Got You”, “Game Changer” and “Drive Me Wild" and new E.P in October 2020.
