California Women’s Music

WHAT::Meditation Monday is a wellness live broadcast presented by California Women’s Music, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in music, education, business, and the fine arts. On the first of Monday of every month, Kate Ramsey Rose Haze-will act as both host and wellness leader. All other Monday episodes will feature a different wellness leader. Episodes will incorporate the various meditation practices of each leader providing a wide range of relaxing entertainment from body work, yoga, music, dance, poetry readings, storytelling, breath work and more.
