About this concert
Never 42 is the expression of this band’s combined passion for the musicianship of Mark King and Mike Lindup and the upbeat jazz-funk sound that is Level 42. With an uncanny accuracy which has earned them the reputation as the UK’s Premier Level 42 Tribute Band and they have received a ‘thumbs up’ from Mark King.
This impressive 5 piece band is made up of individually brilliant musicians who bring extensive musical careers which includes touring and playing alongside professional session musicians.

Scott Jenkins Biography
Scott picked up his first saxophone at the age of 12 and, as a result of graduating through KYJO and becoming Musical Director of IJO, has been performing in professional bands for over 15 years.
His most notable achievements to date include performing regularly with The Jive Aces (the UK's number one swing and jive band, and semi-finalists of Britain's Got Talent 2012) and Cassidy Janson (playing the lead role in Beautiful, the musical, on the West End). Not only that, but Scott has been invited to perform with The Jive Aces in the Caribbean and to audition for a performance slot with Scott Bradlee's Post Modern Jukebox.
No stranger to the famed and talented, Scott has performed on the same stage as Stacy Francis (finalist on the first season of the US X Factor), Analiza Ching (semi-finalist on Britain's Got Talent 2012), Mike Hatchard (a regular performer on BBC Radio) and The Twin Swing (renowned vintage dance act).
Scott has received standing ovations at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, London, on several occasions and has performed to crowds upwards of 2,500, at prestigious events and venues, including, but not limited to:

Scott has been in various bands over the year including, Loose Change, Overjive, The Big Kahuna, Never 42, The Cool Jerks, Mass FX, Hot Pursuit, El Banda Burros, and currently in Quantum Collective, he's current project is working in collaboration with Miss Amy Baker creating the show "The Peggy and Ella Show", keep your eye out for they're work.
