Melbourne's newest and most rockin' nightclub is here! Voltage is a monthly celebration of all things that rock, with live bands and DJs playing through till the early hours of the morning at the iconic Gasometer Hotel in Collingwood. The debut night on August 28th sees the legendary Palace of the King take to the stage to showcase their signature grooves alongside local stalwarts Atomic Riot and The Credits. DJs Kellin In The Name, Paul Miles & Rick Grimm take to the decks all night to give every punter a taste of old school and new school rock n roll! Atomic Riot Biography
Atomic Riot are a new Australian party Rock n’ Roll band with elements of 70's/80's Hard Rock and Heavy metal, fusing the old with the new, and proving that Rock N’ Roll ain’t dead! With their high energy and flavors of party rock n’ roll, Atomic Riot are set to take on the world. Although the members have only been at it for under a year they’ve already played headlining shows both in Melbourne and interstate with some of Australia's top local acts. The band will be releasing music very soon and planning a run of show around the country. Some of the bands most notable influences are Van Halen, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, Motley Crue, Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith.
