Kaleb Cecil Music Biography
Singer/songwriter from Bardstown Kentucky
Born and raised in Bardstown, Kentucky, Kaleb Cecil is a 23 year old musician currently bringing new meaning to the term, original. He began his career in the bourbon soaked bars of Bardstown, KY following hot on the heels of entertainers like Ashley McBryde and Sunday Best who have frequented the Bardstown music scene. After expanding his reach and audience to the entire state of Kentucky, Kaleb began playing in Nashville and quickly caught the eye of producer Malcolm Springer, who engineered Matchbox 20’s album, Exile on Mainstream. After a short conversation, Kaleb and Malcolm set to work building Kaleb’s 6 song EP, Tattoos, released on November 30th, 2019. An eclectic span of country music introspection from ballads like First Day, to the downright bourbon bluegrass ode, Mary, Kaleb’s music is to be enjoyed like the sour mash spirit that spawned his hometown: as much and as often as possible.
