2021 Ticket Sales FAQ Unity 2021 is happening, August 11-14!! Recent CDC and State of Michigan announcements have cleared the way for Unity 2021 to move forward, with NO restrictions on capacity! We are very excited to welcome the Unity Family back to the festival and to be able to celebrate our 20th Anniversary together at Heritage Landing in Muskegon! What tickets are now available? Unity 2021 3-Day passes are now on sale and free tickets for kids 5 and under can be printed at the time of any adult ticket purchase. You can purchase tickets for Unity 2021 at iTickets >> How can I purchase One-Day tickets? Single day tickets will be available starting July 1, 2021. Two day tickets will not be available for 2021. Guests interested in attending for two days should purchase a full-event (3-day) pass for the best value. Kids 5 and under are still free . . . but there is an important new step to the process Kids 5 and under will again be free in 2021. Any child celebrating their 6th birthday after August 14, 2021 is eligible for free admission to Unity 2021 when entering with an adult. All children entering with this free admission will need a ticket. Free 5 and under Unity tickets are available at the time of any ticket purchase completed in 2021. Guests that purchased their tickets before 2021 and need a five-and-under ticket will be able to pick up free five-and-under tickets at the gate.  What if I already purchased tickets for 2020? Any tickets purchased and retained for Unity 2020 have been converted to 2021 tickets. You should have received an email with your new converted tickets on June 29, 2021. I want to volunteer. When will information about volunteer opportunities be available? We are currently signing up full event volunteers for Unity 2021. You can fill out our volunteer application now. Will Unity 2021 be different from what we may have experienced in the past? We are planning to make Unity as close as possible to what you have previously experienced, but there may be some changes. We have a great set of confirmed Main Stage headliners ( for King and Country, Matthew West, TobyMac, We Are Messengers ) and a full line up of others on the Main Stage. All ticket buyers need to know that actual artists may vary and your Unity tickets are for entrance to the Main Stage area and a full schedule of Main Stage artists. It is not necessarily a ticket for a specific artist. To review our current 2021 lineup, please visit our website at www.unitymusicfestival.com. Unity is working proactively with the Muskegon County Health Dept. to produce a safe, fun, outdoor family event. As such, we will abide by any mandates in place at the time of the event and are counting on the Unity family to cooperate and do everything they are asked, to allow the event to happen. As the event dates of August 11-14 draw closer, we will send all ticket holders detailed updates on what to expect and what their part may be in helping Unity 2021 take place. Reserved Seating Reserved seating is sold out for 2021. Unity Family Memberships Unity Family Memberships are sold out for 2021. Refunds and exchanges In the event of full event cancellation because of the COVID pandemic in 2021, customers will have the option of donating ticket cost to the festival, holding their ticket for 2022 or if requested, tickets will be refunded. In the event of other cancellations or delays due to non-festival controlled factors, such as natural disasters, severe weather, health or disease situations, terrorist acts or threats or any government ordered cancellation or delay, Unity festival will honor all pre-sold tickets for future events (or for the next scheduled festival). Refunds will not be issued for these situations. On full cancellation, face-value only will be refunded – no refund on ticket fees   Photo Release When entering Unity Christian Music Festival you are entering a venue where still images, sound and moving images will be captured. By entering this Unity Christian Music Festival, you consent to having your image, video or audio captured, stored, edited and used to create derivative works by event staff, vendors and volunteers. The resulting materials and any derivatives of these materials may be used now and in the future by Alive on the Lakeshore, Unity Christian Music Festival and Unity Christian Events without restriction or financial compensation on the web, in social media, in traditional media, in print and transmitted via airwaves. The use of the material may include but not be limited to security, promotion and other purposes. All guests, volunteers, vendors, ticket holders and others on site waive their rights and license to any of this imagery. People not willing to submit to this release, should not enter the festival grounds.
