About this concert
Saving Cadence performs The Shops At Kukui'ula during the Kaua'i Culinary Market every Wednesday from 3:30pm-6pm. Rotating weekly, playing either in front of Lanai Restaurant or Bubba's Burgers. Come enjoy alt/reggae/rock music while strolling through different artisan food and craft vendors.

Saving Cadence Biography
Hawaii-born alternative/reggae/rock duo comprised of twin brothers Jordan Fite (vocals/guitar) and Taylor Fite (vocals/percussion/drums). Formed in 2005, they moved to L.A. in '07 to immerse in music, a self-financed 4-month tour across the U.S. and auditions for Universal Music, Martin Harrington and Terry Lippman (Lippman Entertainment: Matchbox Twenty/Rob Thomas, George Michael) before heading home to Hawaii in '09 for a much needed hiatus.
THE HAWAII MUSIC SCENE: 1st place 98.5 Battle of the Bands to open Cecelio & Kapono tour / Open for legendary Jimmy Cliff / Open for Thomas Nicholas / Guest artist- Rell Sunn Aloha Jam benefit and Waimea Music Festival / Featured artist-Alternative HI (Mountain Apple Co) / Interviews on local radio stations / Played top venues including exclusive Road Runner Music Hall, Blaisdell Center and on outer islands / Produced a number of music videos / Created innovative web series "Sessions In The Van" / Professionally recorded and produced first CD.
DEBUT ALBUM: "It Always Comes Back Around" released March 16, 2012 to rave media reviews.. " Depth as writers” / “Arrangements emphasize group's strength as musicians” / “Crafts a coherent musical experience” / “Business savvy pros” / “These twins harmonize well..that special kind of jamming surf-punk-rock that only the Hawaiian Islands can create” Tracks are played weekly on “Unsigned HI” STAR 101.9/Clear Channel while the band is "moving forward” in social media, film and 1st love: live and digital music.
Now residing on the beautiful garden island of Kaua'i, we professionally built our home recording studio in hopes to pump out more music more frequently. With a new 4 song EP on the horizon- “Whatever It Takes” is set to release December 17th 2019 all of which the tracks were self-written, engineered, and produced with the help of mixing engineer Imua Garza.
