LUIS FIGUEROA is a multi-talented four-time GRAMMY® nominated Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and one of the most promising artists of this decade. From child talent to YouTube stardom the Philadelphia born native’s journey has taken to him to some of the most prestigious stages around the world, working alongside some of the greatest icons in the industry.

Luis’s latest GRAMMY® nominated album, Voy A Ti, is unique and innovative with a fresh new sound that will leave a lasting mark in the history of tropical music. The album evolves the sound of salsa with urban components, modernizing this beloved genre. First single, “La Luz” became his sixth consecutive top 10 hit on the Billboard Tropical Airplay chart. “Bandido” crowned the chart for two consecutive weeks, the only salsa song in 2023 to top the Billboard charts. “Bandido” hit #1 in Puerto Rico for seven consecutive weeks.

Luis was nominated for his first two Premio Lo Nuestro awards in 2022 for “Tropical Artist of the Year” and “Tropical Song of the Year” solidifying his status as one of the leading voices and rising stars of the salsa genre. His self-titled second studio album, Luis Figueroa, released in May 2022, is a collection of songs that represent the different phases of falling in love, complete with a tropical energy full of percussion and trombones while highlighting his dynamic vocals. The album spawned three #1 tropical hit singles including, “Todavía Te Espero”, “Vienes” and “Fiesta Contigo”, all written by Luis. The album received two Latin GRAMMY® and three Premio Lo Nuestro nominations. The album was selected by Billboard as one of “The 22 Best Latin Albums of 2022”. In the fall, he toured with El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico and Marc Anthony.

In February 2021, he surprised fans with an EP of original material recorded at home titled, 1807 and in May on Sony Music Latin he released his debut album, Canciones Del Alma, 10 romantic cover songs that shaped his career and childhood. The album debuted at #2 in sales in Puerto Rico and earned him his first #1 hit on Billboard Tropical Airplay, “Hasta El Sol de Hoy” and a second Billboard Top 10 chart hit with his version of “Si Tú Me Dices Ven”.

After gaining attention through several videos uploaded to his YouTube page, Luis signed with Magnus Music, music titan Marc Anthony’s entertainment company in mid 2016. His rendition of “Flor Pálida” won him a Premio Juventud for “Best Cover Video” and he performed the song live alongside his idol on the show. Combining both his musical and acting capabilities Luis had a featured role in the acclaimed music-themed Telemundo television series Guerra De Ídols (2017). He was featured on the series theme song, “Tequila Pa’la Razón” performing it live at the 2017 Billboard Latin Music Awards.

In 2018, he joined Sebastián Yatra and Lary Over for the urban-pop smash “Por Perro”, which racked up over 600 million views on YouTube to date and reached #16 on Billboard’s Latin Pop Songs chart. The single was certified 7x-Platinum by the RIAA® and nominated for Video of the Year at the 2019 HTV Heat Awards. Luis showcased the single during Romeo Santos’s Golden Tour performing it to sold out stadiums across Latin America.
